Each connection and action must be confirmed before activation.

The current integration is read-only: it imports campaigns, ads, spend, clicks, and platform-reported conversions using an advertiser key from OpenAI Ads Manager. Connections open when Nitro’s access checks are complete. Campaign launches and changes still take place in OpenAI Ads Manager; Nitro’s live execution integration is planned.

Get the essentials right before spending. Nitro’s launch checklist covers your goal, budget, destination, ad account, Page and profile identity, permissions, and platform requirements. It also identifies where leads arrive and how results are measured—an instant form and a website signup need different checks.

The rule for the connected workflow is straightforward: unresolved requirements block the affected action and come with a clear next step. Before launch, you see which business is advertising, what people will click, and how you will follow up.

You decide what Nitro can change. New creative launches require sign-off, and raising permitted spend requires explicit authorization. A proposal names the affected campaign, shows the current and proposed settings, explains the reason, and makes the budget impact clear.

Every supported action must fit your account permissions, spending limits, and approval rules. A suggestion is not permission to spend. More autonomous management is planned as an explicit choice within defined limits; the public demo grants no authority over real accounts.

You set the spending boundaries. Nitro’s connected workflow checks supported actions against your limits before execution. Budget proposals show exactly what is being increased, reduced, or moved, with a record of what you authorized.

Pause campaigns and reverse supported changes from the workspace. Platform confirmation still matters: a pause cannot erase spend already incurred, and platforms apply their own delivery and billing rules. A daily budget is not a guarantee of the exact amount spent that day. Ad spend is separate from any Nitro management fee; performance outcomes are never guaranteed.

See the change, the confirmation, and the history. For supported connected actions, Nitro reads settings back from the ad platform and checks them against the approved change. Pending, failed, and unverified actions keep their own status. A submitted request is not a verified result.

Judge performance with evidence: the date range, relevant campaigns, and available outcomes. Platform-reported leads stay separate from confirmed business results, with reporting delays and missing data made explicit. Verifying a setting confirms execution; it does not guarantee better performance or better customers.

You do. Your ad accounts, your creative assets, and your performance data stay yours. Connecting Nitro grants access for the agreed work; ownership does not transfer. Your creatives, optimization strategies, and performance learnings stay private to your account. We do not share them with other customers or use them to improve other customers’ campaigns. You can revoke platform access.

A creator network is planned for later. Joining would require a separate, explicit opt-in with a clear choice about what you share. It is not part of account connection or the default service.
