These terms are an agreement between you, the business or person who opens a Nitro account, and Nitro, the operator of this service. You accept them by ticking the box that names them when you create your first account. If you accept for a business, you confirm that you are authorized to bind it. Anyone you add to your account acts under these terms, and you are responsible for what they do with the access you give them.
These terms cover the website, the signed-in app, the analyses and reports Nitro produces, and every action Nitro takes in your advertising accounts. The privacy policy describes how your data is handled and is part of this agreement.
Nitro is managed advertising for small businesses. It connects to advertising accounts you authorize, imports their results, reports what is working and what changed, proposes changes, and carries out the changes you approve within the limits you set. Meta and Google Search are the platforms Nitro manages today; other platforms are listed in the app with their current access state and are not available until that state says so.
Read-only observation connects an account for reporting only. An observation connection cannot change anything in the platform and cannot spend. Moving from observation to management is a separate authorization you give in the app.
The sample account shown at /demo is illustrative. Its figures are not results Nitro achieved for anyone and are not a forecast for your business.
Nitro changes nothing in your advertising accounts that you did not approve. Approval in Nitro means one of the following, and nothing else:
Stop all spend is available in Settings at all times. It halts new changes and asks each platform to pause delivery. Where a change can be reversed, the app shows Reverse beside it; where it cannot, the app says so. Nitro does not restart delivery you stopped, raise a limit you set, or approve anything on your behalf.
Your managed service acts only on instructions given in the app: Nitro does not act on messages, calls or notes in a connected platform. Instructions you write in the app steer proposals; they are not approvals.
Before the first action that changes money in an account, the app asks the account’s owner or an admin to agree separately to the following. Each statement is a checkbox; the action runs only after all three are ticked. The acceptance is recorded with the account, the person, the version and the time.
The agreement is asked once per account for each version of this text. It covers the actions that raise or start spending: raising a spending cap, switching to Flexible changes, approving a proposal that carries a budget, changing a campaign budget, confirming or restoring a budget move, and launching. Lowering a limit, pausing, Stop all spend and disconnecting never require it. A read-only observation account cannot spend and is never asked.
The agreement does not grant Nitro any spending authority by itself. Every change still needs the approval or the limit described above, and the app refuses the action until both exist.
The privacy policy describes what Nitro collects, how it is used and who processes it. Sales reporting credentials you connect are read-only keys, stored encrypted and used only to report revenue beside your advertising results. Your creative work, results and learned optimizations stay within your account; Nitro does not share them with other customers or use them to improve another customer’s ads. Cross-customer learning is unavailable. A future creator network would require separate, explicit opt-in and would not enroll you through signup, connected-account access, analytics consent or an older sharing choice. Owners can request exports and erasure, with verification and retained-record status shown in Account data; see data deletion.
Advertising platforms, sign-in providers, payment and telephony providers are independent of Nitro. A platform can change or revoke Nitro’s access, change its policies or its API, or pause an account at any time. Where a platform’s approval of Nitro’s access is pending, the app says so and that platform cannot be managed. Nitro is not responsible for a platform’s decisions, outages or billing.
The service is provided as it is and as available. Nitro does not promise that advertising will produce any particular result, that a platform will deliver as budgeted, that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any estimate will be met. To the extent the law allows, Nitro disclaims all warranties not stated in these terms, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the extent the law allows, Nitro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from the service or these terms. Nitro’s total liability for all claims arising from the service in any twelve-month period is limited to the plan fees you paid Nitro for that period. These limits do not apply where the law does not permit them.
You will defend and indemnify Nitro against claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your ads and their claims, content you supply, your use of the service in breach of these terms or of a platform’s policies, or your breach of law.
These terms carry a version. When the text changes, the version changes and the app asks you to read and accept the new version before you create another account or, for the spend authority agreement, before the next action it covers. The version you accepted, and when, is recorded with your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Nitro’s operating company is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are brought in the courts of that state, except that either party may seek an injunction in any court with jurisdiction to protect its rights.
