Your creative assets, campaign results, customer information and the optimizations Nitro learns for your business stay within your account. We do not share them with other customers or use them to improve another customer’s ads. Public research and general advertising methods are separate from your private business data.
You choose which accounts to connect and who can access your workspace. Account owners can request an export, set supported retention periods and request erasure in Account data. You can revoke platform access; see disconnect and deletion instructions.
Back to contents ↑We count successful public-page document requests as soon as the page is served, before signup, to improve this site. Privacy settings lets you turn page counts off with one click. The setting applies to future requests from that browser. A fixed preference cookie remembers an explicit choice; it does not identify you. A separate fixed cookie remembers when you dismiss the statistics notice. Both expire after 90 days.
We honor Global Privacy Control, Do Not Track and previous analytics refusals. Previously recorded anonymous totals cannot be traced back to a visitor. Reloads can add to the totals; known bots and prefetches are filtered, but these counts are not unique visitors, complete journeys or advertising conversions. Pages restored from browser caches and navigation without a new document request may not be counted.
Back to contents ↑Optional visit analytics stay off until you choose Allow analytics in the arrival notice or Privacy settings on a public page. Collection begins on that visit, not when you submit an email. Decline is available in the same control, and joining the email list or using the demo works either way. Privacy settings lets you turn analytics off later. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track by disabling this optional collection. The preference cookie remembers your choice; the browser ID and a tab-scoped visit ID are stored only after you allow analytics. A visit continues across public pages until 30 minutes of inactivity.
We also compare landing-page headlines. With analytics allowed, an experiment cookie keeps your headline consistent until the test ends, and we record which headline you saw, whether you clicked its waitlist button, and any subsequent email signup. Results are private to the site owner. Without analytics, we may display a randomly selected headline but do not save an experiment assignment or record these interactions. Turning analytics off removes the experiment cookie and requests deletion of the linked measurements. Visitors who arrive from one of our ads see that ad’s headline and are not part of the comparison.
We do not look you up on other websites, request GPS access, collect typed demo-chat or form content for analytics, or use canvas, font or plugin fingerprinting. We do not store full referring URLs or arbitrary URL query values in these records. This optional collection is separate from the limited ad-arrival records described above.
Back to contents ↑When you sign in, Nitro saves your chat messages, response snapshots, titles, folders and organization preferences privately to your account. Each business account has its own chat library. These records let you reopen your work across devices; they are separate from optional visit analytics and are not shared with other customers. Without signing in, history is kept only in the current browser tab.
You can rename, export, archive and restore chats from the conversation sidebar. Moving a chat to Trash keeps it recoverable until you choose Delete permanently, which removes it from the active chat library. Chat libraries are also included in your personal saved-work export and deletion controls. Backups may require separate handling, as described below. Editing a message creates a separate branch and preserves the original.
Back to contents ↑We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use data from your ad accounts to advertise for anyone else. A connection to an advertising network is read-only unless you separately authorize campaign management.
Back to contents ↑Nitro connects only the advertising accounts you choose, on these networks. A network Nitro shows as Access pending is not available yet.
Through each connection Nitro reads account, campaign, ad group and ad names and settings, budgets, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions and results. A read-only connection makes no changes. With campaign management you authorize, Nitro also creates and changes campaigns, ads, budgets and spending limits in that account within the limits you set, and uploads the ad images, videos and text you approve.
Each network also processes this information under its own terms and privacy policy. To revoke a network’s access, see disconnect instructions.
Back to contents ↑Google sign-in supplies your Google account identity and verified email. A separate Google Ads authorization lets Nitro read the advertising accounts you select, their campaign settings and reporting, including spend, impressions, clicks and conversions. Nitro uses these data to sign you in, show your results and carry out advertising changes you authorize. A read-only connection cannot make advertising changes.
Managed Google authorization may include YouTube permissions. When you grant them, Nitro uses YouTube API Services to read your channel identifier and title, channel upload playlists and video details, and to upload advertising videos you approve. For connected organic reporting, Nitro also reads channel subscriber and video counts and video views, likes and comments to show post performance. Uploaded video details include the title, description, visibility and processing status. You remain in control of publishing and advertising approvals. We store the identifiers and provider receipts needed to connect approved videos to your advertising account.
Nitro’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where applicable. We use Google data for the features you authorize; service providers process it only as needed to deliver those features, protect the service or meet legal obligations. We do not sell Google data or use it to target Nitro’s own advertisements.
Google also processes information under its privacy policy. YouTube use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. You can revoke access in your Google Account connections and request deletion through Nitro’s data deletion controls. Revocation stops future access; it does not automatically delete videos already uploaded to YouTube. You can manage those videos in YouTube Studio.
Back to contents ↑Cross-customer learning is unavailable in the current product. A creator network is a future roadmap feature, not part of using Nitro today. Joining would require a separate, explicit opt-in explaining exactly what you contribute, who may use it and how to withdraw. Signup, connecting an ad account, analytics consent or an older sharing setting does not enroll you. Your core service does not depend on joining.
Owners can review and withdraw an older sharing choice in Privacy & data. Withdrawal removes its stored contributions and invalidates affected shared outputs; it does not erase the account’s operational or retained audit records.
Back to contents ↑Hosting, AI, email delivery, payment and telephony providers may process the information needed to deliver the features you use. Advertising platforms receive requests and changes within the access you authorize. This service processing is separate from sharing your creative work or optimization learnings with other Nitro customers. Each provider’s processing and retention are governed by its applicable service terms.
Back to contents ↑For connected service accounts, platform access tokens, API keys and sensitive account fields are encrypted. Public demo signups and optional visit records are stored in the private Site database, with access limited to the people and systems authorized to run the service. The public signup endpoint does not expose the email list.
To limit abuse, the email list, ad-visit, website-check and business-lookup requests are counted for each network per UTC day. The count is keyed by a one-way hash of the IP address under a random key made for that day; the address is not stored. A day’s counts and key are deleted by the first counted request of a later day.
Back to contents ↑Owners can request an export or account erasure in Account data. Erasure runs through verified steps, with request status and retained-record information shown there. Financial and security records, backups and provider-side authorization may require separate handling. Disconnecting an ad account stops future access through that connection; it does not erase imported data or stop ads already running. See data deletion.
Ad visit records are not included in account export or erasure; they are deleted 90 days after the visit, when the nitro_arrival cookie also expires. They hold no name or email.
Anonymous page-count totals are kept for 90 UTC calendar days. Older totals are removed on a later counted page request, so cleanup may wait while the site is inactive. They are separate from emails and optional browser observations, and we do not send these totals to advertising platforms.
Demo Chat request-limit records are removed after two days on later Chat requests. Settled usage records are removed after 30 UTC days, in bounded cleanup on later Chat requests. Unresolved cost reservations and their charge records stay until their usage can be reconciled. These usage records contain no message text or raw IP address.
Optional visit records and signup-linked analytics expire after 90 days. Expired data is purged on the next optional collection request, at most once per day, so cleanup may wait while the site is inactive. Turning analytics off requests deletion of the linked optional records; it leaves your essential email signup intact. If the network is unavailable, the browser retries that request on a later public-page visit. A random revocation marker is retained for up to 90 days to prevent in-flight requests from restoring deleted records.
If Nitro admits you to its pilot, we keep your email address with the dates you were admitted, invited or removed, so that you can sign in. The record is kept while you are admitted and deleted 90 days after removal, or sooner on request through the contact below. It is included in your sign-in identity export.
We retain the demo email list until you ask to be removed. To remove your email or request a copy of your signup information, use the contact below or the data deletion page.
Back to contents ↑You can request access to, a copy of, correction of or deletion of your personal information. Sign in to use Account data for business records and Personal saved work for your private saved work. For email signup information or if you cannot sign in, contact us from the email address you used. We may ask for the information needed to verify your request and will not penalize you for exercising these rights.
We respond to access, correction and deletion requests within 30 days. The response explains any records that must be retained for financial, security or legal reasons, their retention period and the status of deletion. A queued request is not a completed deletion; the controls show verified completion receipts separately.
